We are happy that you have taken an interest in data protection.

We take the protection of personal information and data very seriously. For this reason, we treat personal information and data as confidential, and exclusively in accordance with statutory data protection regulations.

When you visit our website, your browser automatically transfers technical data, which we store exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the correct, convenient and consistent presentation of our website, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 S. 1 et seq f GDPR (DSGVO), which requires a legitimate interest on the part of the party collecting the data. This data includes IP address, operating system, server requests and date, as well as the duration of your visit, browser type and version, quantity of data sent in bytes, referrer URL and host name of the accessing computer. IP addresses constitute personal information/data, which means that they can be used to identify individual persons.

Furthermore, our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are typically temporarily stored in your computer and/or in your browser, and that cannot contain viruses or similar hazards, and cannot run programs. Cookies are intended to be temporarily stored, for no longer than just a short period of time, and will be deleted following a specified period of time. We use cookies to keep our website user-friendly, effective, and safe. You can adjust your browser settings et al., in order to find out more about cookies or to deactivate them (if necessary with restrictions in the functionality of our website).

Moreover, our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). This service also uses cookies and sends the above-mentioned data to a Google server, whereby your IP address is shortened, and thereby rendered anonymous. In connection with an order processing data agreement, concluded with our company, Google uses the information collected to evaluate website usage and website activity, which means that it evaluates users’ profiles on the basis of pseudonyms, without amalgamating the data together with other (already available) data. If necessary, these data may be transmitted further, in connection with data processing agreements. You can prevent our website’s collection of user data (including your IP address), as well as the processing of this data by Google Inc. by installing a browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). You will find additional information on Google Analytics’ treatment of user data here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.

Otherwise, we collect personal information/data only with your express consent, which you may revoke at any time, and the collection of the data is required for the creation and content-related design of our mandate, Article 6, Paragraph 1 S. 1 et seq a, b GDPR (DSGVO). You have the right to receive information from us, regarding your data at all times free of charge, in particular information regarding the origin of the data and its recipients, as well as the right to have your personal information/data updated or deleted. Should you revoke your consent, all your data will be immediately deleted, provided no legitimate interest exists, within the meaning of Article 6, Paragraph 1 S. 1 et seq f GDPR (DSGVO). Your data is only passed on to third parties where this is prescribed in accordance with law, e.g., in connection with criminal proceedings.

Though we implement technological and organizational procedures, to protect data against access by third parties, electronic transmission, e.g., making contact via e-mail always carries the risk of unlawful or wrongful acquisition of data by third parties. It is not possible to provide flawless protection of data against access by third parties, and thereby against manipulation, destruction or loss. Our security measures are nevertheless consistently updated and improved, to correspond with current, state-of-the art technology, in order to exclude any opportunities for this kind of access.
